What is your returns policy for online orders? At Tim The Toyman we will happily exchange or refund orders, within 7 days of the receipt of order by you, provided the goods are faulty, do not do what they are supposed to do, or are significantly different to that shown or described to you. To return something you must first tell us. We will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.
